About Me

I am a qualified tourist guide and hold green Badges for both Chester and North Wales.
I grew up on Anglesey and now live in Northeast Wales where I am a Gold Tourism Ambassador for Denbighshire and Wrexham.
I am passionate about the history, culture and natural history of Wales and love to share it with others. I have a degree in Social and Cultural History from Glyndwr University in Wrexham and am currently studying for an MA in creative writing at Chester University.
I do guided walks and step on coach tours on request and would be happy to create a tour to meet your needs. I cover countryside and coast, writers and artists, industrial heritage, castles, churches and ancient monuments. Let me bring the story of our landscape to life!
I do walking tours of Wrexham as well as Chester – including a ‘Welsh Connections’ tour and a ‘Four Bridges and a Weir’ tour.
I speak conversational Welsh.
